Willamette Valley Study #1

Every watercolor larger than a postcard, I`ve attempted recently, has just not succeeded. I`m fighting my support [Yupo] and I`m frustrated. It`s time to paint with oils again, I need some control. Until I have new work, I`m going to post some small watermedia from the recent past. Before Yupo.

RT: This is a very nice piece. I just bought my first pad of Yupo and have yet to try it but you comments give me pause.......

Atul, Just don`t try to force anything, let it do it`s thing. I use a portable hair dryer to keep the process moving along. Good luck!

I like this very much. (What sort of paper do you use and how large is this?) I love to see the similarities in form and execution as artists move from one set of constraints to another.
