The Last Yupo Watercolor

This is the first watercolor I`ve completed in nine months. On Yupo no less. It`s the Devil`s paper I tell you, Devil Paper!!
I just wanted to paint yesterday after our orientation and buying groceries. Thought I`d give watercolor a new chance. It`s looking like a 40 year relationship may be ending. Why don`t I feel sad?
This afternoon I began one of the long paintings I came here to do. I`ll take some pictures of my progress.

As the owner of one of your watercolors on Yupo, I can say you learned so well how to tame that devil to do as you wanted. Mine is like sunshine every morning.

Hey RT! "They" made me go through hoops to write on your blog. Your new yupo is great - maybe it will work for seascapes - or kill it if you must. I can't wait to see what you do!

I especially like the trees ...

Instead of the end of a 40-year era, so to speak, perhaps it's just a respite, and sometime soon you'll produce both watercolor and oil yupo paintings. I hope so.

I am glad to hear that someone of your talents refers to Yupo as "devil´s paper"....cool reference,,,I will remember that when I am freaking out with my Yupo creations....that paper is "possesssssed" for sure!!!

go for it!!!
The painting looks full of energy. I truly love it. Make "Yupo" your painting friend. Continue the experiment "Road".
