Across a Winter Field

Finally something new.
Inspections, negotiations, and addendums proceed with the house. This will all be worth it I think.

And NOW it's a spring field. Hang in there!

That's what I would call quietly spectacular. I'm trying to imagine it roughly the size of a sheet of paper. Very nice indeed.

I hope you get your house, Randall. I like your work very much. The looseness and the bright colors of your landscapes have so much appeal.
Do you teach watercolor? Design? Approaching the landscape? How about one on one? I live in Portland, too.

I'll have to go with my original thought ... "Oh! Wow!"

You broke through that block. . . and came up with something marvelous. This is the kind of work that always reels me in, makes me want to write a poem. I like that hint of greening, the abstractness of the winter trees. You put down paint so well!

The house looked adorable.

I LOVE this--so abstract.

I keep going back to this one. The shifting planes of distance are fascinating.
