The Morning Fog Surrounds the Sun Drifting above the Waves

It took me a very long time to appreciate the work of Joan Miro. I couldn`t 'get' it until something in me was ready. Now it strikes me as profound, though I have no idea why or how he painted as he did, I`m just so glad he did.
Some of his later works have the most beautiful poetic titles.

I still don't get Miro; so much of his work, to me at least, seems much ado about nothing. But I like your collages. Good design elements and you're making use of some of your old paintings.

The title sounds like a Kabuki Theatre piece. Perhaps this could be the background reproduced on a big screen behind the dancers.

I know what you mean. There are a number of artists I didn't truly appreciate until I got deeper into painting. I felt truly moved this summer at an abstract expressionist exhibit in Toronto. All the greats. And I really began to understand after seeing it all together and reading the literature. Same with the Group of Seven - couldn't stand them in high school. Now I revere them ; ) Fantastic collage.
