Edgewater Study

A Daily painting.
My inner Diebenkorn got loose!
Completing a painting every day is fun, a way to work out compositions, and a disciplined challenge. The downside is this effort can siphon off one`s ambition and energy. I like to do them between larger paintings these days.

Hi Randall,
Though I immensely enjoy everything you do with a brush, your last three posted works are, for me at least, even more spectacular.
Being a huge fan of Richard Diebenkorn, your reference to him brought a big smile to this old face.
Great work!
Sincerely,
Gary.

My first thought was Randall's channeling Diebenkorn (of course, I know a little about his influence on you).

Lovely work!
