DSM is right. That shadow gives it the depth to bring the viewer in. It's such a treat to get these paintings in my email. It brightens my whole day. My other favorite colorist is Wolf Kahn, whose work I have admired for many years.
Land of Enchantment, indeed! New Mexico only looked this way to me a couple of times. And I'm still here.Hope the house dealings are going well.
