Bog Study


The intimate, detailed, elongated watercolors of the wetlands I`ve been working towards might be more successfully rendered in oil paint.

Hi Randal, interesting to see the developement in your posts - the palate in the first, very similar, middle two totally different. Also, you seem to be getting more abstract as you post. Perhaps this is not an accurate reflection of your work though?

I love the flow in this piece as well as the delicacy of it. It's too beautiful for my experiences of a bog which are brown and mucky. Perhaps I should have a closer look -I may be missing things!
