The background seemed impressionistic until I enlarged the image to view on screen and could see so much better how you've made the conceptual thicket visual. The hints of yellow against purples-blues-pinks and the foreground are quite lovely. I like the quality of mysteriousness.
Would it be too mundane to call it "Trees in Late Autumn"? Or "Late Autumn at a Nature Preserve"?
If Maureen hadn't pointed out that the enlargement showed more colors, I probably wouldn't have clicked on it, but yes, the larger version has very pleasing use of color.
This one takes my breath away...so beautifully painted. A deepening glade, a hint of mystery, a surprise when you enlarge to see that background and how you've built a thicket there! WOW!

Exceptional, photography will never replace painting thanks to images like this.
