One of two paintings done on location at Minto Brown Island Park. I was with seven other painters and a photographer. It was a somber looking day but not too cold and it didn`t rain.

I like both of your Minto Brown paintings. Especially when compared to the dullness of the photo you shared - you've taken great colors and pumped them up to make the scene very interesting. I think this one is my favorite - that long expanse of grass leading us to the treasure of the trees and shrubbery works really well.
